Our full-time professional office staff is available at any time during regular business hours to assist your needs and coordinate services; leaving our technicians to focus on addressing your vessels issues. Whether you need a simple battery replacement or full engine rebuild, Thurman’s Marine is here to help. Factory authorized technicians are awaiting to service your boat.
Priority service
When down time matters Thurman’s Marine offers priority service to customers needing immediate service (please see Terms & Conditions). Priority Service needs must establish an account with Thurman’s Marine prior to be eligible for Priority Service. Priority Service accounts can be opened same day but must be established during normal office hours. Once approved for Priority Service, customers will receive contact information for 24-hour service calls. Thurman’s Marine will arrive same day within hours of request (location dependent). While Thurman’s Marine is providing Priority Service all parts needed for the repair will be expediated. All services falling under Priority Service will receive expediated labor over time if applicable. Keeping downtime to a minimal. Priority service is provided in house at Thurman’s Marine facility or wherever requested.
Standard Repair Service
Thurman’s Marine gladly offers standard repairs. Our customers have options for in house at our facility or service calls. We know how inconvenient it can be to move your boat for service, so we offer everything a dealership does right at your dock. We offer haul out services for boats up 24,000 lbs (please see Terms & Conditions). Customers are always welcomed to drop off boats at Thurman’s Marine. Thurman’s Marine will not estimate repairs until a complete analysis of the failure, and the root cause of the failure is determined. Thurman’s Marine will not estimate Lead-time on standard repairs due to parts availability and constant changes in our workload.
